1 Acceptance of Terms
This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") is a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and mrtm88 ("Platform" or "Company"), which operates the website mrtm88.onl. These Terms govern your access to and use of all services, games, features and content provided by mrtm88.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

mrtm88 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) except cryptocurrency transactions, which follow the current exchange rate.
4.2 Transaction Limits
The minimum deposit amount per transaction is RM10 for all payment methods. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawal processing time is between 30 minutes and 3 hours depending on the payment method chosen and the verification required.
4.3 Identity Verification
Before the first withdrawal is processed, users may be asked to complete an identity verification process (KYC). Required documents include a copy of your identity card or MyKad and proof of ownership of the payment method used. The wagering requirement to be met is 20 times the bonus value — in this example, RM200 × 20 = RM4,000 before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
Another example: a deposit of RM1,600 gives the maximum bonus of RM1,500, resulting in a balance of RM3,100 with a wagering requirement of RM1,500 × 20 = RM30,000.
5.2 General Bonus Terms

6 Game Rules

7.2 By the User
You may close your account at any time by contacting mrtm88 customer support via live chat or email. Ensure all active wagering requirements have been completed and your account balance has been withdrawn before submitting a closure request.
8 Limitation of Platform Liability
